23 April Childrens Day!

Apologies for the lack of photos. With my leg in a cast i am unable to walk.
After all the classes finished their songs we had games.. relays, tug of war, jumping in potato sack etc. The weather got warmer as the morning progressed. The kids had a great time!!

Lunch time

Yummy beans and rice.. We must begin with our soup then onto the rest. When we are finished we push our chairs in and go to the bathroom to wash our face and hands.

Some of the crafts we did during class.. glueing, cutting, rolling and painting.

Cooking

We made fuit jelly cups. The kids cut the fruit themselves and then i added the jelly. After lunch they were enjoyed by all!

Springtime butterflies

Spring is here and the sun is out! What better way for it to shine through the window... The children made colourful butterflies!

Gingerbread cookies

We cook a few times per month. Today we made Gingerbread cookies! The children each has a turn in mixing and rolling balls. We finished each cookie off with a few bonibons..

Botanical Gardens

We had a lovely morning walking through and exploring the Botanical Gardens. The children collected flowers, grass, leaves and rocks.
